Chad Hilton is the Chief Executive Officer of the Saskatchewan Pension Plan (SPP), a position he assumed in October 2025. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services sector, with expertise spanning retail banking, business banking, and wealth management. Prior to joining SPP, Chad served as Regional Vice President at BMO and held several senior leadership roles with CIBC, where he built high-performing teams, led organizational change initiatives, and focused on delivering strong client outcomes.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operations and has earned several financial and leadership designations throughout his career. He is passionate about strengthening financial well-being and retirement security and is guided by a strong commitment to community service. His experience in leadership, strategy, and member-focused growth brings valuable insight to the Saskatchewan Community Foundation Board.
