The Autism Resource Centre (ARC) has been serving the Regina community for over 50 years, providing programs and services that support autistic individuals across the lifespan.

ARC delivers a range of supports focused on independent living, employment readiness, and mental wellness for autistic adults, alongside therapeutic and skill-building programming for children and youth. A key component of ARC’s work includes its Summer Program, which offers individualized, one-to-one support and goal-based development to help participants build social, life, and emotional regulation skills in a structured environment.

For adults, ARC offers life skills training, employment support, and counselling services designed to promote independence and long-term stability. The employment program works directly with local employers to create inclusive workplaces, while providing ongoing coaching to help individuals both secure and maintain meaningful employment. ARC also provides family support, system navigation, and community education to ensure that individuals and their families can access the resources they need.

Beyond direct services, ARC plays an active role in advocacy and public education.

The organization works with schools, employers, and community partners to increase understanding of autism and promote more inclusive practices. ARC is committed to shifting societal perspectives, moving away from deficit-based views toward recognizing the strengths, contributions, and diverse experiences of autistic individuals. Through this work, ARC empowers the autistic community to live with greater independence, confidence, and connection, while helping to build a more inclusive and informed society.

Ongoing community and donor support plays a critical role in this work. It allows ARC to expand programming, respond to emerging needs, and ensure services remain sustainable over time, so that autistic individuals and their families can continue to access consistent, high-quality support.
